Petrobras: a taste for empire-building
Between 2009 and 2014, Petrobras will lay out no less than USD 15 billion on exploration and production operations outside of Brazil. And the Brazilian major intends to increasingly invest in Africa. It already operates in Nigeria, Angola, Libya, Tanzania and Namibia and has just debuted in Benin.
