Lockheed completes US Army's first THAAD battery deliveries
Lockheed Martin has delivered all hardware and components associated with the US Army's first Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) radar weapon system located at Fort Bliss in Texas, US. iRobot to supply FirstLook robots to US JIEDDO iRobot has been awarded a contract for the delivery of its 110 FirstLook throwable unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) to the US Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organisation (JIEDDO). Lockheed to supply AN/TPQ-53 radar for US Army Lockheed Martin has received a firm fixed price contract from the US Army Product Manager for Radars (PdM Radars) for supply of its AN/TPQ-53 (EQ-36) Firefinder radar system to enhance the capabilities of soldiers.
