To me, summer is a season with two ends, Memorial Day and Labor Day, with the midway being the 4th of July. All three of these days are the perfect excuse for having picnics and outside parties. Below are some of the recipes I like to serve or take to these celebrations.

On Memorial Day be sure to raise a glass in a toast to all those who lost their lives for our country. Add another toast to all of those who have served and who serve today. Thank you and God Bless You All!
