From Jolinda Hackett, your Guide to Vegetarian Food
That's what one vegetarian advocacy group is saying. Read on to find out more about this interesting proposition.

Should the President eat meat in public?
There's no doubt that eating healthy can be challenging these days, when an organic apple can cost the same as a Big Mac. And one vegetarian advocacy group thinks the President should do something about it by setting a good example. Is this a serious proposition to set an example for the rest of America, and kids in particular? Or just a silly media grab? It's serious enough that the Wall Street Journal covered it. What do you think? Read on to find out more.

"Almost" raw food recipes
Interested in exploring raw foods or making the transition to 100% raw? Maybe you just want to add more raw foods to your diet. This section features recipes that are all "almost" raw. That is, they are all raw with the exception of an ingredient or two. You can always use a simple substitution or omit an ingredient to make it a fully raw recipe.

Baked Indian samosas
Traditionally, samosas are a fried Indian snack food, but I like to eat baked vegetarian samosas as an entree, or along with some other vegetarian Indian food sides, such as rice and dal. However you prefer to eat your Indian samosas, be sure to serve them with a dipping sauce and enjoy your traditional Indian food meal!
