Martin Luther King’s family and his attorney, William F. Pepper, won a civil trial which found US government agencies guilty in the wrongful death of Martin Luther King.

The 1999 trial, entitled "King Family versus Jowers and Other Unknown Co-Conspirators" is the only trial ever conducted on the assassination of Dr. King.

The King family’s attempts for a criminal trial were denied, as suspect James Ray’s recant of what he claimed was a false confession was denied.

The overwhelming evidence of government complicity introduced and agreed as comprehensively valid by the jury includes the 111th Military Intelligence Group were sent to Dr. King’s location, and that the usual police protection was pulled away just before the assassination. Military Intelligence set-up photographers on a roof of a fire station with a clear view to Dr. King’s balcony.

This testimony was originally posted by “Technoir” in the David Icke forum in May 2010 and updated in December 2010.

Despite some claims which many will find incredible (i.e. he would be required to murder a child), it is consistent with other accounts. I have edited it slightly for length and readability.

British astrobiologists are claiming to have found extraterrestrial life form in the Earth’s stratosphere. They collected a small diatom frustule that could have come from space after sending a balloon to 27 km into the stratosphere during the recent Perseid meteor shower.

The balloon was launched near Chester, UK, and carried microscope studs which were only exposed to the atmosphere when the balloon reached heights of between 22 and 27 km.

The balloon landed safely and intact near Wakefield, UK. The scientists then discovered that they had captured a diatom fragment and some unusual biological entities from the stratosphere, all of which are too large to have come from Earth.

This image shows a diatom frustule, possibly a Nitzschia species, captured on a stud from a height of 25 km in the stratosphere. Image credit: Milton Wainwright et al.
