A new classified Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that for the second time in two years, “advanced” Federation “electronic warfare defences” have crippled the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Donald Cook (DDG-75)—and when Baltic Fleet “special forces elements” offered assistance to tow them back to their Polish port, the Americans refused to respond.
According to this report, in April, 2014, the USS Donald Cook, while performing a mission in the Black Sea, substantially violated Federation “territorial integrity” causing President Putin to authorize an “electronic warfare defense” attack against it that was so devastating this top-line warship was left adrift—and once towed back to its Romanian port, its American sailors were so demoralized 27 of them filed immediate letters of resignation from the US Navy.
One year later, in May 2015, this report continues, and again in the Black Sea, the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG-71) substantially violated Federation “territorial integrity” causing President Putin, once again, to authorize an “electronic warfare defense” attack against it, but when confronted with the fate that befell the USS Donald Cook the year prior it retreated—causing one Russian top-level Naval Officer to state: “It seems that the Americans did not forget the April 2014 incident when one Su-24 actually shut down all equipment on the new USS Donald Cook American destroyer with anti-missile system elements.”
In March 2015 too, this report notes, Federation submarine naval forces attacked with their “advanced” electronic weapons the American aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) causing it to flee to the coast of Britain where it remained for weeks to the amazement of the public until it was repaired and able to get under sail again—and as we had told about in our report titled Terrified US Aircraft Carrier Flees From Russian Subs To UK Safety.
This weeks “attack encounter” of Federation forces with the USS Donald Cook, this report details, began when this American warship began an “aggressive combat maneuver” against the Baltic Sea Fleet port inKaliningrad, to which President Putin authorized another immediate “electronic warfare defense” against.
Russia’s “electronic warfare defense” measures, as we’ve previously reported on, are based on what is called “magrav technology” (Western code name code name “Khibiny”) developed by Iranian-born nuclear engineerMehran Keshe (called “a modern day Nikola Tesla”) who in a 2012 personal letter to President Obama warned: “The aircraft carriers of the US will become nothing but floating bathtubs if our Magravs technology is used effectively, and the runways full of F16s and 18s and so on will be nothing but runway museums of iron birds, as these craft will not be able to fly if their electronic systems are once touched by Magravs space technology. These crafts and battleships would have to be rewired from A to Z before they could ever operate again.”
And according to MoD experts in this report, this past Monday’s (11 April) “attack/assault” upon the Federations “territorial integrity” by the USS Donald Cook can be considered as a test by the Americans of their “rewired” warship—but which after Federation Sukhoi Su-24 aircraft deployed their “electronic warfare defense” against it this craft “died a quick electronic death”.
On Tuesday (12 April), this report continues, a Baltic Sea Fleet KA-27 Helix helicopter made (at least) 7 flights over the deck of the disabled USS Donald Cook hailing its crew offering “towing assistance”, but when “small caliper arms” were pointed towards it, Federation commanders ordered two SU-24 jets to make a further 11 “close-range and low altitude passes” over this warship—after which no further “American belligerence” was observed.
This report concludes by noting the statement of White House spokesman Josh Earnest who said “This incident … is entirely inconsistent with the professional norms of militaries operating in proximity to each other in international water and international airspace”—to which the MoD replied, “Frankly speaking, [we] do not understand the reason for such a painful reaction of our American colleagues. The principle of freedom of navigation for the US destroyer, which is staying in close proximity to a Russian naval base in the Baltic Sea, does [not] at all not cancel the principle of freedom of flight for Russian aircraft.”

April Will Be VERY BAD MONTH for Cruz, He'll Probably Finish 3rd in Delegates - Manafort

Paul Manafort, the former Ronald Reagan expert, Donald Trump Convention Manager, joined Sean Hannitytonight to discuss the current state of the Republican race.
Manafort says April will be a very bad month for Ted Cruz.
Paul Manafort: The whole premise of the Cruz campaign, the second ballot. There’s not going to be a second ballot… We’re out of Cruz land. Cruz is not even going to be finishing second for the next couple of weeks. He’s going to be a distant third in a lot of places.
Sean Hannity: So, in other words, you think Trump wins New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland?
Manafort: I think we’re doing very well in all those places. All the polls show us leading and we’re just starting to put our campaigns together there… June 7th is going to put us over but we’re not going to have to win overwhelmingly on June 7th… April is going to be a very bad month for Ted Cruz. He’ll probably finish third in delegates in April.

Colorado Republicans Passed Around "Resolution to Deny Trump Delegates" Back on March 22

On Saturday Ted Cruz supporters took all 13 of the delegates up for grabs at the Colorado GOP Convention to complete a clean sweep of the state.
But it was not without controversy.
There never was a vote – Party elites decided on who got the delegates.
The anti-Trump politicians were passing around a “Resolution to Forbid Colorado Delegates from Voting for Trump” for weeks before the convention.
After Cruz swept the Colorado delegates the Colorado Republican Party tweeted this out:

Robert Zubrin from Colorado Republicans for Liberty wrote about the anti-Trump resolution at American Thinker back on March 22, 2016:
In the caucuses March 1, I was elected an alternate delegate to the Colorado State GOP convention, which on April 9 will select and instruct our delegates to the Republican National Convention in Cleveland this summer.
Accordingly, I have drawn up a resolution that is now being circulated that will forbid Colorado delegates to the national convention from voting for Donald Trump for president or vice president on any ballot. Such a resolution is necessary, because Trump has publicly stated that his methods of operation include buying or renting the services of politicians for cash.
As the text of the resolution provides a succinct and forceful summary of the reasons why Donald Trump is unacceptable as a Republican candidate for president, I thought I would share it with the readers of American Thinker. Here it is:
Resolution to Forbid Colorado Delegates from Voting for Donald Trump
Whereas Donald Trump is not a Republican; and
Whereas Donald Trump is a demagogue who is using fear, hate, and lies to assemble a mob in support of an agenda of socialist policy, unlimited government, and strongman rule; and
Whereas Donald Trump would destroy the Western alliance which is the basis of American security; and
Whereas Donald Trump would destroy the system of international trade which is the basis of American prosperity; and
Whereas Donald Trump would destroy the freedom of the press that is the basis of American liberty; and
Whereas Donald Trump would destroy the rule of law which is the basis of American civil society; and
Whereas Donald Trump has mocked those who risked their lives to fight for America when he avoided doing so; and
Whereas Donald Trump has acted as an apologist for America’s enemy Vladimir Putin and other brutal anti-American foreign tyrants; and
Whereas Donald Trump has set himself forth as an open exponent of lust, greed, and other vices antithetical to Judeo-Christian ethics and the moral fiber necessary to sustain a republic; and
Whereas Donald Trump has demonstrated that he has no respect for the truth, and
Whereas Donald Trump has defrauded thousands of ordinary Americans of their life savings; and
Whereas Donald Trump has, in the course of the present campaign, committed acts potential prosecutable as incitement to riot, a federal crime punishable by up to five years in prison; and
Whereas Donald Trump has knowingly acted to degrade the Republican presidential nominating process to a vile level that can only serve to drive people of talent and integrity out of the party and assist in the election of the party’s opponents; and
Whereas the nomination of Donald Trump for president would insure a landslide defeat for the Republican Party nationwide in the fall, and deeply damage the Republican Party and the conservative movement for years, and possibly decades to come; and
Whereas a vote for Donald Trump by any member of the Colorado delegation to the Republican National Convention would dishonor and disgrace the Colorado Republican Party;
Therefore, be it resolved that:
The Colorado Republican Party forbids any of its delegates to the Republican National Convention to vote for Donald Trump for president or vice president on the first ballot or any other ballot, and
The Colorado Republican Party asks its delegates to national convention to pledge on their honor to do everything in their power to help secure the presidential nomination for someone other than Donald Trump.
Donald Trump has threatened the Republican Party with mob violence. Let’s tell him where to go!

Why Are Thousands Of Millionaires Fleeing Chicago And Other Major Cities Around The World?

The Chicago Tribune is reporting that approximately 3,000 millionaires left the city of Chicago alone during 2015.
The elite are fleeing major cities around the globe at a staggering rate.
In fact, the Chicago Tribune is reporting that approximately 3,000 millionaires left the city of Chicago alone during 2015. The same study discussed in that Chicago Tribune article found that 7,000 millionaires left Paris, France last year. So why is this happening? Why are thousands of millionaires suddenly packing up and moving away from the big cities? Could it be possible that they have many of the same concerns that “preppers” do about what is coming?
For quite a while, I have been writing about how the elite have been preparing for the coming collapse. But I had no idea that literally thousands of them are packing up and permanently leaving our major cities. As I mentioned above, the Chicago Tribune is reporting that about 3,000 of them left the city of Chicago alone during the previous calendar year…
Millionaires are leaving Chicago more than any other city in the United States on a net basis, according to a new report.
About 3,000 individuals with net assets of $1 million or more, not including their primary residence, moved from the city last year, with many citing rising racial tensions and worries about crime as factors in the decision, according to research firm New World Wealth.
But of course this is not just happening in Chicago, nor is it just an American phenomenon.
Actually, the two cities that lost the most millionaires last year are both located over in Europe…
Paris saw the largest exodus.
The French city lost 7,000, or 6 percent, of its millionaires, followed by Rome, which lost 5,000, or 7 percent.
It is true that some of these millionaires are moving for tax reasons, but many others are quite concerned that humanity is hurtling toward a deeply apocalyptic future, and they want to get prepared for what is about to happen while they still have time.

As I was preparing for this article, I remembered something that Zero Hedge just reported that I think relates to this subject. It turns out that “the smart money” has been net sellers of U.S. stocks for 11 weeks in a row…
Last week, during which the S&P 500 was down 1.2%, BofAML clients were net sellers of US equities for the 11th consecutive week. Net sales of $1.7bn were smaller than in the prior week, but all three client groups (hedge funds, institutional clients, private clients) remained net sellers, led by institutional clients.
So why are the elite dumping stocks like crazy right now?
Don’t they realize that the stock market has been going up?
Could it be possible that they have information that the rest of us do not?
Most people have absolutely no idea how vulnerable our society truly is, or how very easy it would be to plunge the general population into a state of utter chaos.

This film imagines a time when a global terror organization disables the U.S. power grid and martial law is instituted. Could we actually witness such a scenario in our future?

So before you dismiss all of this apocalyptic talk as “nonsense”, perhaps you may want to consider what the elite may know that you do not.

Cruz camp caught cheating in St. Louis county to steal delegates from Trump

The St. Louis County Republican Caucus was held Saturday at the Missouri River Township Caucus at theWestminster Christian Academy – near highways 40 and 270 this afternoon.
Lloyd Sloan was at the conference Saturday.
Here is his firsthand account:
There were two slates that were voted on today at the convention. One was called “Cruz” and the other “Trump.” So there was no confusion there. The vote took place by a public count. It’s when there is a standing vote and everybody is counted off. It is pretty above board. The vote was tied, 27-27. But a few people in the center of the room did not vote. One guy got up and voted for Trump. So Trump won the standing vote.
I proposed a motion to combine the two slates. The chair chose to ignore my motion. It was seconded but the chair, Mark Dunn, decided to ignore the motion.
At that point the chair entertained a motion to do a secret ballot because he was a Cruzer and the wrong guy won. The motion was presented by the head of the Cruz delegation who put together and submitted the Cruz slate. It was seconded and voted on.
And, surprise! Cruz won the secret ballot!
At that point I led a small group of Trump people from the room, saying, “You wanted a divided party. You got one.”
The delegates plan to contest the results. We are collecting evidence to show what exactly happened.
I saw what I saw. I walked out. It was highly irregular.
More… Chaos broke out at the GOP St. Charles convention Saturday when the Cruz camp tried to steal the delegates there, too.
Ted Cruz lost Missouri to Donald Trump.
Trump was awarded 25 delegates to 15 for Ted Cruz.
Now there is evidence that the Cruz team violated the rules.
The Missouri caucus rules (page 5, #4) does not allow for paper or secret ballots. Here’s the link.

Local Trump supporters are working 24/7 to collect and sort all the information from the St. Louis county township caucuses by the April 15 deadline. The only caucuses in St Louis that appear to have not experienced fraud and/or cheating are the ones that didn’t have a complete Trump slate put forth.

Marco Rubio comes back from the dead to help Cruz despite vowing to retire

Little Marco Rubio comes back from the land of the forgotten dead in an attempt to help lyin’ cheatin’ Ted Cruz in Arkansas! Shortly after Rubio lost Florida to Trump, he dropped out and said that he will quit politics and live a normal civilian life but now the two pro-illegal immigrants amnesty Cuban senators are joining the forces of Mordor once again, high fiving behind Trump’s back just like they did during the debates, making Fidel Castro really proud of himself and of Cuba in general. Seems like the Americans just can’t pick an American as president anymore, first they wanted a INELIGIBLE Kenyan now they seem to be under the spell of a INELIGIBLE Cuban-Canadian. What’s next a Martian from Jupiter as US president?
Did anyone had time to believe that Rubio will drop out from public life and politics? Then you must be really stupid and gullible and we’re sorry to say that, but its the truth.
“Trump won Arkansas’ GOP primary March 1 with 32.8% of the vote compared to Cruz’s 30.5% and Rubio’s 24.9%,” wrote The Washington Examiner‘s David Drucker.
“But Cruz’s canny operatives, with Rubio riding shotgun, is likely to thwart Trump in the delegate election.”
Drucker sat down with Doug McKelway today to explain more.
Though the Florida senator dropped out of the race last month after failing to secure a win in his home state, he has since been trying to hold on to his delegates, who analysts say could be put to good use for Cruz.
These news have completely shut down any speculation that Donald Trump may appoint Marco Rubio as a Vice-President in order to secure a first ballot win. Rubio also replied to the rumors by saying: “I’m not going to be the vice president.”
Trump on the other hand is teaming up with Kasich hinting of a more than certain Vice-President spot for the Ohio governor. In Michigan, for example, Trump’s delegates teamed with John Kasich’s delegates to deny Cruz some key slots, noted McKelway.
Watch how Rubio promised to go f**k himself and leave us all alone! It was all a lie, he’s back from the dead! Like a zombie!
