Interview: U.S. Congressmen Look To Encourage Afghanistan, Azerbaijan
On their way to visit Baku and Kabul as part of a congressional delegation, U.S. Representatives Bill Shuster and Christopher Murphy talked to RFE/RL about Washington's goals in Afghanistan and Azerbaijan.
