Iraqi Politicians Support Postponing Arab League Summit
A number of Iraqi politicians are coming out in favor of the recent decision to postpone the Arab League summit that was to be held in Baghdad next month. More Iraq's Defense Ministry has announced that several residents of Camp Ashraf have fled the camp and appealed to Iraqi military forces for help. More Iraq wants to conclude a new international agreement that will designate the dealing of antique Iraqi artifacts a crime. More During a visit to RFE/RL's Prague headquarters, Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari talked about Camp Ashraf, the pending U.S. military withdraw from the country, the tense situation around the ethnically mixed city of Kirkuk, and the transformative politics sweeping the Arab world.
