Like many of you, I'm bound to succumb to a spring allergy attack or two, no matter what. If I go outdoors, all that pollen in the air inevitably gets me at some point; when I'm indoors, my cat's shedding gets me too. That said, there are a few things we can do to curb our susceptibility.
