A stunning new report prepared by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces (GRU) circulating in the Kremlin today leaves no doubt as to why President Barack Obama warned this week that his greatest fear was not Russia, but rather a nuclear bomb being exploded in the heart of New York City, as it reveals that the pilot of the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, Captain Zaharie Ahmad Shah [first photo], was a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) “asset” whose plane was carrying the “dirtiest bomb known to have ever been constructed.” According to this report, and as we had previously reported, Flight 370 was already under GRU “surveillance” after it received a “highly suspicious” cargo load that had been traced to the Indian Ocean nation Republic of Seychelles, and where it had previously been aboard the US-flagged container ship MV Maersk Alabama. What first aroused GRU suspicions regarding the MV Maersk Alabama was that within 24-hours of off-loading this “highly suspicious” cargo load bound for Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, the two highly-trained US Navy Seals assigned to protect it, Mark Daniel Kennedy, 43, and Jeffrey Keith Reynolds, 44, were found dead under “suspicious circumstances.” Both Kennedy and Reynolds were employed by the Virginia Beach, Virginia-based maritime security firm The Trident Group which was founded by US Navy Special Operations Personnel (SEAL’s) and Senior US Naval Surface Warfare Officers and had long been known by the GRU to protect vital transfers of both atomic and biological materials throughout the world. The GRU, likewise, had reported that this “highly suspicious” cargo, after it was unloaded from the MV Maersk Alabama, on 17 February, was then transferred to Seychelles International Airport where it was loaded on an Emirates flight bound for Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in Malaysia, after first stopping over in Dubai. Prior to Flight 370 entering the People Liberation Army (PLA) protected zones of the South China Sea known as the Spratly Islands after its 8 March departure from KLIA, the GRU had previously reported, it “significantly deviated” from its flight course and was tracked by VKO satellites and radar flying into the Indian Ocean region and completing its nearly 3,447 kilometer (2,142 miles) flight to the Diego Garciaatoll. Critical to note about Flight 370’s flight deviation, GRU experts said, was that it occurred during the same time period that all of the Spratly Island mobile phone communications operated by China Mobile were being jammed. As to why Flight 370 was diverted to Diego Garcia, the GRU reported it was initially “puzzled” about, that is until 16 March when it reported that top disease scientists from both the US and China were flown there, and on 21 March reported that the “highly suspicious” cargo aboard the plane had been transferred to the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico where it was then destroyed in a “massive explosion”. Important to note, this new GRU report says, is that Diego Garcia has long been a “prime target” for adversaries of the US due to its being the location from where the wars against Iraq and Afghanistan were directed, and its being the one of the CIA’s most feared “black sites” of torture and abuse of prisoners. Most “gravely concerning” about Flight 370, this new GRU report says, was that its Captain, Zaharie Ahmad Shah, was discovered to have in his home a flight simulator containing The Flight Termination System (FTS) which allows an aircraft to be remotely controlled, as well as landing instructions for Diego Garcia. The FTS, the GRU notes, is a fully redundant turn-key range safety and test system for remote control and flight termination of airborne test vehicles that consists of a Command Transmitter System (CTS) and custom control, interface, and monitoring subsystems. The system is fully programmable and is flexible enough to meet the changing requirements of today’s modern test ranges, its manufacturer, System Planning Corporation (SPC) says. Critical to note about the FTS manufacturer SPC, this report says, is that it was once headed by the mysterious American “war hawk” Dov Zakheim who many still believe was one of the masterminds behind the 11 September 2001 attacks upon the US, and who in a 2000 position paper titled Rebuilding America’s Defenses which called for “a New Pearl Harbor”. NOTE: In a document called “Rebuilding America’s Defenses: Strategy, Forces and Resources for a New Century” published by The American Enterprise’s “Project for a New American Century”(1), System Planning Corporation (SPC) International executive, Dov Zakheim, called for “some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor” being necessary to foster the frame of mind needed for the American public to support a war in the Middle East that would politically and culturally reshape the region. A respected and established voice in the intelligence community, his views were eagerly accepted, and Dov went from his position at Systems Planning Corporation to become the Comptroller of the Pentagon in May 2001. Perhaps not so coincidentally, it was an SPC subsidiary, TRIDATA CORPORATION, that oversaw the investigation after the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in 1993. As to Captain Shah’s complicity in the destruction of Flight 370, this report continues, GRU assests have confirmed his being targeted by a CIA “honey trap” which destroyed his marriage and left him in “no state of mind to be flying”. This GRU report further confirms Malaysian investigators discovery that Captain Shah received a two-minute call shortly before the take-off of Flight 370 from this CIA “honey pot” using a mobile phone number obtained under a false identity. As to the course of Flight 370 once it left KLIA, the GRU says, it is “nearly assured” that Captain Shah disabled the communication systems and “activated” the FTS allowing the US Navy to divert it to Diego Garcia, but only after it had ascended to nearly 44,000 feet where “undoubtedly” all of the other passengers and crew were killed by asphyxiation. After the “highly suspicious” cargo Flight 370 was carrying was offloaded in Diego Garcia, GRU analysts in this report say, its “most likely” tragic ending occurred around 3,218 kilometers (2,000 miles) off Diego Garcia, which is part of Britain’s Indian Ocean territory, where it was deliberately destroyed as evidenced by the over 300 objects spotted in this region by a Thai satellite. As to what exactly the “highly suspicious” cargo aboard Flight 370 was this report doesn’t say, other than to note that due to the extraordinary, and deadly, lengths the US went through to obtain and then destroy it most likely could have been the “dirtiest bomb known to have ever been constructed.” Also left unanswered in this report is who within the US is responsible for all of these events, as the GRU says it is “highly unlikely” that Obama was even “in the loop” regarding it. Why in the world is the Vatican searching for extraterrestrial life? Does the Catholic hierarchy know something about alien life that the rest of us do not? Why is the largest religious organization on the planet spending so much time and energy looking for “brother extraterrestrial”? Earlier this month, the Vatican Observatory cosponsored a major conference on extraterrestrial life that brought together 200 of the leading astrobiologists in the world. One of the organizers stated that one of the goals of the conference was to figure out “how we can find life among the stars within the next two decades“. Certainly it would not be unusual for a group of astronomers and astrobiologists to get together and discuss such things. But why is the Vatican seemingly obsessed with this stuff? As you will see below, there are some high profile Vatican astronomers that seem quite confident that “something” is out there. In fact, one has stated that once it is revealed, “everything we think we know” may have to “be thrown out”. Normally, a conference that brings together several hundred scientists is not going to make headline news. What makes this one different is the involvement of the Vatican. The following is how this conference was described on NASA’s website… Motivated by the rapidly increasing number of known Earth-sized planets, the increasing range of extreme conditions in which life on Earth can persist, and the progress toward a technology that will ultimately enable the search for life on exoplanets, the Vatican Observatory and the Steward Observatory announce a major conference entitled The Search for Life Beyond the Solar System: Exoplanets, Biosignatures & Instruments. The goal of the conference is to bring together the interdisciplinary community required to address this multi-faceted challenge: experts on exoplanet observations, early and extreme life on Earth, atmospheric biosignatures, and planet-finding telescopes. In recent years, the Vatican has really taken a position of leadership in the search for extraterrestrial life. The current head of the Vatican Observatory, José Gabriel Funes, does not believe that there is any conflictbetween his faith and his search for life beyond this world… José Gabriel Funes, an Argentine Jesuit priest and astronomer, and the current director of the Vatican Observatory says there is no conflict between believing in God and in the possibility of extraterrestrial civilizations perhaps more evolved than humans. “In my opinion this possibility exists,” said the Reverend José Gabriel Funes, current director of the Vatican Observatory and a scientific adviser to Pope Benedict XVI, referring to life on other planets. In fact, Funes sounds quite optimistic about the possibility of finding “brother extraterrestrial” someday… Asked if he was referring to beings similar to humans or even more evolved than humans, he said: “Certainly, in a universe this big you can’t exclude this hypothesis.” “Just as there is a multiplicity of creatures on earth, there can be other beings, even intelligent, created by God. This is not in contrast with our faith because we can’t put limits on God’s creative freedom. Why can’t we speak of a ‘brother extraterrestrial’? It would still be part of creation.” Funes, who runs the observatory that is based south of Rome and in Arizona, held out the possibility that the human race might actually be the “lost sheep” of the universe. There could be other beings “who remained in full friendship with their creator,” he said. Wow. So Funes is actually suggesting that when we do encounter extraterrestrial beings, they may not have fallen into sin like humanity has. The implications of this are staggering. Just check out what researcher Tom Horn recently had to say about this… This is an argument that they continue to make and they’re becoming more and more adamant about it, that what we know about ourselves is that we are fallen, right? But we cannot necessarily assume the same thing about our space brethren, and if they’re unfallen, they’re closer to God than we are. Therefore they have a better understanding of the Gospel and of the Godhead and of the nature of God. And when they started out three years ago, Funes was saying “I’d like to baptize an alien into the Catholic faith.” Well that’s not what they’re saying today. What they’re saying now is that they [aliens] are coming here and they’re going to baptize us into their faith and it is going to require us to make changes to our knowledge, to our understanding, of the Gospel. In fact, some of their deepest theologians have said, “Perhaps everything we think we know about the Gospel is going to have to be thrown out.” Another prominent Vatican astronomer, Guy Consolmagno, has publicly suggested that aliens could actually be the “saviors of humankind“… Captivating comments from Jesuit priests like Guy Consolmagno—a leading astronomer who often turns up in media as a spokesman for the Vatican who has worked at NASA and taught at Harvard and MIT and who currently splits his time between the Vatican Observatory and laboratory (Specola Vaticana) headquartered at the summer residence of the Pope in Castel Gandolfo, Italy, and Mt. Graham in Arizona. Over the last few years, he has focused so much of his time and effort in an attempt to reconcile science and religion in public forums specifically as it relates to the subject of extraterrestrial life and its potential impact on the future of faith that we decided to contact him. He agreed to be interviewed from Rome, and over the numerous exchanges that followed he told us some things that seemed beyond the scope. He even sent us a copy of a private pdf, a literal goldmine of what he and the Vatican are considering regarding the ramifications of astrobiology and specifically the discovery of advanced extraterrestrials… in which he admits how contemporary societies will soon “look to The Aliens to be the Saviours of humankind.” So if aliens showed up and wanted to show us a “new way”, would society be willing to accept it? Well, the truth is that even hardcore atheist Richard Dawkins is willing to theorize that aliens could have “seeded” life on this planet… So what would happen someday if “aliens” showed up and claimed that they seeded life on this planet, guided our evolution and are now here to lead us into a new golden age? And what would happen if the Catholic Church gave those aliens their stamp of approval? That sounds absolutely bizarre, but there are very important Vatican officials that are apparently thinking very hard about these things. Source |

US Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said he takes some credit for President Obama’s decision to end the National Security Agency’s metadata collection program. In an interview after Obama announced the change on Tuesday, Paul was asked on “Fox and Friends” if it would make him happy for phone companies, not the government, to retain the metadata. “Well, you know, I don’t want to take all the credit for ending this, but I think our lawsuit had something to do with bringing the president to the table,” Paul said. In February, Paul filed a lawsuit against Obama and the leaders of US intelligence agencies, charging that the bulk collection program is unconstitutional. Under the proposal, phone companies wouldn’t be required to keep records beyond 18 months. Intelligence officials would then have to obtain a warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to search the records. If the administration executes the change, Paul said the program would, in his opinion, be constitutional. “If it’s left in the phone company’s hands and you have to have a warrant with an individual’s name on it, then that I think meets the law, the Constitution,” Paul said. “But we’ll have to see what happens. The president sometimes says one thing and does another.” Obama called on Congress Tuesday to institute the proposed changes, but Paul said he doesn’t think Obama needs congressional authority. “The interesting thing is he unilaterally instituted this program without congressional authority,” he said. “I think he could unilaterally stop the program if he were serious about it.” Source |

North Korean men used to be able to choose their haircuts from a list of state approved styles but sadly, those days are over. All North Korean men will now be required to get the exact same haircut as their supreme leader, Kim Jong-Un, within the next 72 hours or face death by firing squad. Pyongyang introduced the law weeks ago but many North Korean men were reportedly dragging their feet when it came to conforming to the new regulation. This infuriated the government to the point where they are now threatening everyone with death who chooses not to comply within the next two days. “It’s a little extreme”, confessed Saekki Boji as he sat waiting in a crowded North Korean salon for his signature Kim Jong-Un high and tight fade. We watched as men shuffled out the door one after another sporting the same awkward haircut. North Korean men have long been prohibited from wearing their hair longer than two inches, while older men can get away with up to 3 inches. Women must strictly adhere to choosing one of 14 hairstyles on the state approved list. Married women are forced to wear their hair short while single women are allowed sport longer, curlier coifs. Many vowed to go into hiding rather than obey the new regulations. Many refer to Kim Jong’s signature hairdo as the “Chinese Smuggler Haircut”, a barb that infuriates him and will be grounds for execution if he ever hears anyone allude to it as such. “He hates that comparison and has a burning desire to eliminate anyone who might make mention of it”, confessed North Korean barber, Michinnom Gaesaekki. “I certainly can’t complain, however. Business is booming”, he added with a winsome wink. Source |

The United States is set to free convicted Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard to save the so-called peace talks between Palestinian Authority (PA) and Tel Aviv, reports in the Israeli news media say. With the talks on the brink of collapse, US officials have offered to release Pollard, 59, as a carrot to Israel to break the deadlock over a scheduled release of Palestinian prisoners languishing in Israeli jails, Israeli army radio reported on Wednesday. Pollard, a former US Navy analyst, was arrested in 1985 for providing Israel thousands of classified American documents. In 1987, a US court sentenced him for life in prison. Washington has so far rejected repeated Israeli appeals for his freedom. Citing Israeli officials, the radio said the offer was made as part of a deal between Washington and Tel Aviv which would guarantee that Israel releases a fourth tranche of Palestinian prisoners to restart direct talks between the PA and the regime in Tel Aviv. The prisoners are scheduled to get released on March 29, but Israel is backtracking on the issue. The US is struggling to extend the April 29 deadline for the resumption of the talks with Palestinian officials saying that if the prisoners are not released, there will be no extension. Citing US officials, the Israeli radio cautioned that American President Barack Obama was not guaranteed to agree to the release of Pollard. Obama has rebuffed several pleas from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to free Pollard. Meanwhile, the US State Department said in a statement that there were “no plans” to release Pollard. “Jonathan Pollard was convicted of espionage against the United States, a very serious crime, was sentenced to life in prison, and is serving his sentence,” State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said. “There are currently no plans to release Jonathan Pollard.” Israel has recently freed dozens of Palestinian prisoners, as part of a deal for the resumption of the talks with the PA, but it has also announced plans to build thousands of more illegal settlement units on the occupied Palestinian land. Palestinian officials have repeatedly said that there will be no direct talks with Israel if Tel Aviv keeps on expanding illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank. In November last year, a large number of Palestinians from different political movements took to the streets of the West Bank city of Ramallah to call on the PA to pull out from the talks with Israel. Supporters of all Palestinian factions, including the Islamic resistance movement Hamas and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, gathered in central Arafat square to protest against the talks. The protesters said the talks are useless and Mahmoud Abbas, the acting Palestinian Authority chief, must withdraw from the negotiations. They also demanded the PA take the regime in Tel Aviv to the International Criminal Court for its crimes against the people of Palestine. The presence and continued expansion of Israeli settlements in occupied Palestine has created a major obstacle for the efforts to establish peace in the Middle East. Source |

Sharia principles are to become enshrined in the UK legal system for the first time, with The Law Society publishing guidelines for drawing up documents according to Islamic rules, which would exclude non-believers and encroach on women’s rights. The new guidelines were produced by The Law Society earlier this month. Under the guidance, High Street solicitors will be able to write Islamic wills which will have the power to exclude non-believers completely and deny women an equal share of an inheritance. “The male heirs in most cases receive double the amount inherited by a female heir of the same class. Non-Muslims may not inherit at all, and only Muslim marriages are recognized,” states the document. Any children who have been born outside of marriage and even kids who have been adopted will also not be recognized as legitimate heirs. It also advises lawyers to draft special exclusions from the Wills Act 1837, which would allow gifts or money to pass to the children of an heir who has died, as this practice isn’t recognized in Islamic law. Sharia law only recognizes Muslim weddings, so anyone who was married in a Christian church or in a civil ceremony would also be excluded from succession. At the moment, Sharia law is not formally included in the UK’s laws, though a network of unofficial Sharia courts has developed in Muslim communities to deal with issues within Muslim families. A few are official tribunals which operate under the Arbitration Act, drafted in 1996 to help settle personal disputes within Britain’s diverse community. They mainly operate in commercial disputes, but can also deal with issues of domestic violence and other family disputes including battles over inheritance. There is also a large network of more informal Sharia tribunals, also called “councils,” which are normally based around a mosque and deal with child custody issues and divorces in line with Islamic religious teaching. Their hearings are laid out like courts. A study compiled four years ago by Civitas think-tank found more than 80 unofficial Sharia courts operating in the UK. Nicholas Fluck, president of the Law Society, told The Sunday Telegraph that publishing the new guidance would promote “good practice” in applying Islamic principles in the British legal system. “This is the first time such advice has been published and we hope it will assist solicitors with Sharia probate matters. There is a wide variety of spiritual, religious and cultural beliefs within our population, and the Law Society wants to support its members so they can help clients from all backgrounds,” he said. However, Sadikur Rahman of the Lawyers Secular Society, said this new guidance legitimizes discrimination towards women and so-called “illegitimate children,” and is contrary to the Equality Act by which UK solicitors must abide. “This raises serious questions about professional ethics and the role of The Law Society. The guidance seems not to recognize that there is a serious potential conflict between theCode of Conduct for solicitors and the guidance,” he said. Baroness Cox, a cross-bench peer who leads a parliamentary campaign to protect women from religious discrimination, said she thought The Law Society’s publishing of the guidance was “deeply disturbing” and vowed to raise the issue with ministers. “Everyone has freedom to make their own will and everyone has freedom to let those wills reflect their religious beliefs. But to have an organization such as The Law Society seeming to promote or encourage a policy which is inherently gender discriminatory in a way which will have very serious implications for women and possibly for children is a matter of deep concern,” she said.
