A new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the National Security Agency-Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) [aka NSA] documents provided to a Senior Counselor attached to theFederation Chancery [Russian Embassy] in Washington D.C. by “renegade” US spy Tunisia Davis on 30 April detail the existence of a Obama regime secret police force numbering nearly 100,000 that is led by an elite group of what are described as “Black Masonic” radicals.
The SVR had previously reported [See our report: Renegade US Spy Who Warned Russia Of War Put In Mental Hospital By Obama] that Ms Davis was arrested by the Obama regime on 30 April after being apprehended at the headquarters of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) which she had traveled to after leaving the Federation Chancery, which was preceded by her “visit” to the NSA where, presumably, these documents were obtained from.
After Ms Davis was arrested and jailed, and then not allowed a Court presence being instead put into a mental hospital, this report says, the US demanded, on 1 May, the return of the NSA documents provided by her to the Federation…a request the Federation replied to, on 2 May, by stating they would comply as long as the US provided them with a detailed list stating exactly what documents the US were requesting.
Though the US refused to provide this requested detailed list of documents alleged to be in the possession of the Federation, this report continues, 3 days later, on 5 May, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) suddenly announced that they had set up a direct military-to-military communication link with the Federation to deal with any issues they might face amid mounting tensions between the West and Russia.
Even more bizarre, this SVR report notes, is that at the same time NATO announced on 5 May it was reestablishing military contact with the Federation in order to forestall war, US police officials in California announced the arrests of Brandon Kiel, Tonette Hayes and David Henry, all three of whom are said to be high ranking officials of the Masonic Fraternal Police Department (MFPD).
The significance of these three MFPD officials arrest, SVR intelligence analysts in this report say, are that these are also some of the individuals noted in the NSA documents provided by Ms Davis detailing the existence of this heretofore secret Obama regime police force.
In fact, this report says, when Ms Davis first indentified herself to the Senior Counselor at the Federation Chancery on 30 April, she identified herself as being an “agent” of the MFPD “working on behalf of the world” and showed a police-like badge as verification to her remarks.
To the high-ranking MFPD officials arrested in California, this report continues, David Henry was identified as being this organization’s Chief of Police and “Absolute Supreme Sovereign Grandmaster”, while Brandon Kiel has been identified as being a top official in California’s Department of Justice as an aide to State Attorney General Kamala Harris.
And as to the reason(s) for these MFPD officials being arrested, this report continues, it remains curious as published US news reports state they were charged with impersonating police officers, but for “reasons and motives unknown”.
However, SVR analysts in this report state, in the NSA documents about the MFPD provided by Ms Davis as to the true “reasons and motivations” for this mysterious police force lies in President Obama’s own words, when while campaigning for the Presidency in 2008 he publicly stated: “We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”
As to how Obama has been able to amass this large and secretive police force he promised to create in 2008, this report continues, has been through his “connections/leadership” of the organization called Prince Hall Freemasonry directed from their Grand Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania…where the last four mayors and Governor have all been Freemasons.
Prince Hall Freemasonry is a branch of North American Freemasonry founded by Prince Hall in the 18th century and composed predominantly of African Americans, this report says, and includes such powerful Obama backers as Jesse Jackson, US Congressman Charles Rangel, former NAACP Director Kweisi Mfume and Al Sharpton.
According to the NSA documents provided to the Federation by Ms Davis about how Prince Hall Freemasonry links to Obama created this private army, SVR analysts note in this report, centers around the world’s largest broadcasting and cable company, Comcast, who through its Philadelphia based headquarters have received uncounted billions-of-dollars in Obama regime directed US government subsidies which it has then transferred to Jesse Jackson’s Rainbow PUSH Coalition, Kweisi Mfume’s National Association for the Advancement of Colored Peopl (NAACP) and Obama’s “go-to black leader”, and former FBI informant, Al Sharpton.
After “Obama’s money” flowed through Comcast to the Rainbow PUSH Coalition and NAACP to recruit and arm members of the MFPD, this SVR report further notes, the NSA documents provided to the Federation by Ms Davis shows the spending of it to create this private “Black Masonic” army/police force was dictated by Obama himself using his chief coordinator/conspirator Al Sharpton…whose visits to the White House to receive his instructions number in the hundreds, but only 72 of which are labeled as public.
Even more important to note about Al Sharpton, SVR signal intelligence analysts in this report state, is that in 2009, after Obama took office, the Philadelphia based Freemasonry controlled Comcast bought NBC Universal the owner of the US cable news channel MSNBC, and then, in 2011, made Sharpton a host of his own news programme called Politics Nation, which “suspiciously/ deliberately” delivers during this show a “mysterious signal/channel” to what are called the nationwide Wi-Fi hotspots Comcast has created using its own customers cable box/routers, and without their permission.
As to if this mysterious signal emanating from Sharpton’s Politics Nation programme is being received by the forces belonging to the “Black Masonic” MFPD this report doesn’t fully clarify…but does note that further examinations of this issue are continuing.
And to why Obama would even create such a “Black Masonic” secret police force, this report concludes, is to have it ready to take over large black populated US cities during a time of insurrection which much hated and feared white police officers will be unable to control.

Bird flu has killed more than 20 million turkeys and chickens in the United States. The pandemic continues to rage wildly out of control. One infected bird can destroy an entire flock in days, Pravda.Ru reports.
Scientists think that this virus is being spread by wild birds, but they have no idea how it is getting inside barns and other enclosed facilities so easily.
Minnesota is the top producer of turkeys in the United States, and Iowa is the top producer of eggs. Both Minnesota and Iowa are at the heart of the current outbreak.
H5 avian influenza strains have spread to 14 states in five months and affected about 24 million birds so far, according to USDA.
The outbreak, which is also affecting two Canadian provinces, shows little sign of slowing.
In Minnesota, almost 5.5 million turkeys and egg-laying chickens have either died from the flu virus or are to be culled to contain the outbreak.
In Iowa, an estimated 20 million chickens and turkeys have been affected so far.
Thus, 25 million chickens and turkeys are already dead in only two states.

An 8-year-old boy has been crammed into a suitcase and smuggled across the border from North Africa, Spanish police say.
The Ivory Coast boy named Abou was discovered on Thursday, when police at Ceuta, a Spanish enclave next to Morocco, put the roller luggage bag through an X-ray scanner and found the silhouette of a young boy curled up inside the suitcase.
“When they put the suitcase through the scanner, the operator noticed something strange, which seemed to be a person inside the case,” a Spanish Civil Guard police spokesperson told AFP. “When it was opened they found a minor, in a terrible state.”
The carrier of the suitcase, a 19-year old Moroccan woman, had aroused police suspicion at the land office of El Tarajal by her nervous state that prompted the security forces to scan her suitcase. She was arrested and a few hours later, the boy’s father, an Ivorian, was also busted at the same border crossing.
According to Spanish newspaper El Pais, the Moroccan courier woman was paid by the boy’s father to carry the suitcase.
“She seemed to hesitate, and it looked as though she didn’t want to come through the border,” said a police spokesperson.
The boy’s father, also named Abou, reportedly lives in Canary Islands and had hoped his son would join him.
If the boy had not been spotted, “it could have led to a tragic end,” read a statement from the Civil Guard to EFE, a Spanish international news agency.
Each year, thousands of migrants and asylum seekers, who are seeking better lives by invading and conquering Europe, try to cross from the African country of Morocco into the Spanish territory illegally through the 15-kilometer Strait of Gibraltar.
The migrants embark on the perilous journey using makeshift boats and inflatable dinghies.
Also, thousands of illegal migrants try to reach Spain through the cities of Ceuta and Melilla near the country’s border with Morocco. The Spanish government has installed a seven-meter-high triple-layer fence to prevent immigrants from crossing into Spanish territory.
Unfortunately the fence is completely useless as tens of thousands of unchecked migrants, keep flooding into Europe through Spain, each and every year.
Others smuggle themselves over the border hidden in vehicles and cargoes or try to swim or sail from shores on the Moroccan side and try to cross the Spanish border.

At least eight police officers and 14 “terrorists” from Kosovo have been killed in clashes in the Muslim Albanian-majority area of a northern Macedonian town. Gunfire and explosions lasted for over 24 hours.
Thirty-seven officers were wounded in an operation launched in the town of Kumanovo, Interior Ministry spokesman Ivo Kotevski said, adding that there haven’t been any civilian casualties. The suburb in Kumanovo remains locked down by special police units.
Local Albanian media reported that about 30 of the militants surrendered, while another 15 gunmen were reportedly able to escape.
Police revealed that the armed group illegally entered Macedonia from a neighboring state, without providing any more details. Local media suggest that the group came from Kosovo, which is populated mostly by ethnic Albanians.
Kotevski said earlier that someone in the local population was providing shelter to the armed group.
The violence was triggered during a police raid in the area. Officers faced “violent resistance” from snipers, grenades and automatic weapons, according to police.
“This is a risky operation because it is an area with narrow streets and police need to perform house-to-house searches very carefully,” Kotevski told AFP.
Local residents, mostly women, children and the elderly, were seen evacuating. “I thought it would never come to this again,” an unidentified ethnic Albanian man told Macedonian television. “It’s so scary, we can’t stay here.”
Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov was forced to cut his trip to Moscow short to deal with the incident.
It comes as the government is under domestic pressure, being accused of illegal wire-tapping. The country’s capital, Skopje, witnessed thousands of protesters clashing with police on Wednesday.
Macedonia went through an ethnic uprising when rebels demanding more rights for ethnic Albanians took up arms against the government in 2001. The conflict was quelled by a peace agreement, which guaranteed greater recognition of Albanians. Tensions in the area have remained, however.
The most recent incident happened less than three weeks ago when around 40 ethnic Albanians from Kosovo took control of the Macedonian police station on the northern border for a short period of time. They called for the creation of an Albanian state in Macedonia.
Kosovo effectively split from Serbia after NATO’s bombing of Yugoslavia in 1999, an operation launched without UN consent. NATO intervened in a years-long ethnic conflict between Albanian separatists and the Serbs, which at the end of the 90s saw Yugoslavian armed forces fighting the rebel Kosovo Liberation Army. Both sides carried out crimes based on ethnicity. Today the non-Albanian population in Kosovo continues to be persecuted despite the UN peacekeeping force there. Major incidents compared to ethnic cleansing still occur, including significant unrest in March 2004.
Kosovo unilaterally proclaimed its independence from Serbia in 2008, but remains only a partially recognized state. Macedonia has recognized Kosovo in a move believed to be connected with its own ethnic tensions with Albanian residents and insurgents.

“The haystack is the entire country. We are looking for the needles, but increasingly the needles are unavailable to us.”
FBI Director James Comey provided a troubling assessment Thursday of the agency’s efforts to combat the domestic threat posed by potential ISIS operatives. Saying there are “hundreds, maybe thousands” of people in the U.S. being actively recruited by ISIS, Comey painted a grim picture of the government’s “needle in a haystack” search for potential threats.
“The haystack is the entire country,” Comey said Thursday. “We are looking for the needles, but increasingly the needles are unavailable to us.”
Officials say ISIS’ recruitment efforts involve an unprecedented level of sophistication in its social media outreach. Using Twitter and Facebook and other social media platforms, the Syria-based terrorist group is effectively targeting what Comey described as “disturbed” people particularly vulnerable to their overtures. The terrorist group then directs them to encrypted venues where Comey said their communications become “lost to us.”
“This is the ‘going dark’ problem in living color,” said Comey. “There are Elton Simpsons out there that I have not found and I cannot see.”
The group’s method of mobilizing operatives like Simpson and Nadir Soofi makes attacks particularly difficult to anticipate. Unlike Al Quaeda, ISIS does not necessarily impose direct orders or vet attack plans, frustrating the officials’ attempts to prevent attacks. The FBI was only able to notify Texas authorities of a potential threat of actions by Simpson three hours before the “draw Muhammad” attack Sunday.
Comey said that hundreds of investigations are currently being conducted all over the country, with all 56 of the agency’s field divisions involved.

Thousands of protesters have marched on the Conservatives’ campaign HQ, parliament, Downing Street and are now marching through central London.
According to Press TV’s correspondent in London, Narges Moballeghi, the protesters are angry that a party with only about 37% of the vote has a majority in government.
They say the Tory’s will destroy the country even further in the next five years with austerity and the dismantling of public services leaving the poor even more worse off.
There have already been scuffles with police and there is a heavy police presence across central London.

American senior Senators admit that they have no idea what they are talking about.
Lindsay Graham, a member of the powerful Senate Subcommittee on Privacy, Technology and the Law, admitted that he had never sent an email in his entire life.
In 2008 John McCain, one of the loudest voices pushing “cybersecurity” spying bills, claimed that he doesn’t send emails as well:
“I don’t e-mail, I’ve never felt the particular need to e-mail.”
John Carter, a congressman who oversees the appropriation of billions of dollars in cybersecurity funding for the Department of Homeland Security, also made a statement about cybersecurity and encryption recently: “I don’t know anything about this stuff”.
These people are reported to be dinosaurs that try to make law for the modern world.
Thus, the US Congress deliberately stays ignorant of modern technology, yet unfortunately tries to interfere with it.

New blood tests show that poor populations in urban areas of the United States are actually aging faster at the cellular level than others, thanks to chronic stress connected to income and identity, according to a new study by scientists.
Conducted on a small group of black, white and Mexican adults in three Detroit neighborhoods, the tests were an attempt by scientists to learn what contributed to early aging-related diseases and excessive mortality rates in the urban poor.
The study of racial, ethnic and socioeconomic health inequality involved collaboration between social researchers and cellular biologists at Stanford University. It was based on blood test samples from 239 people, ages 25-64, with a community survey of residents in three Detroit neighborhoods. The blood tests were used to measure telomere length (TL), an indicator of stress-mediated biological aging.
Previous studies have argued that racial, ethnic and socioeconomic health inequality affect a person’s mortality, but many of the studies were based on social research. The Stanford study marks the first collaboration between science and social research that measures telomeres – the caps on chromosomes that protect them from deteriorating.
The telomeres shorten with cell division and over time, as a person ages, they shorten to mark cellular death. Several large studies have argued that telomere length can be affected by stressful life experiences and contribute to early aging, leading to higher risk of infectious and chronic disease like cancer, diabetes and heart disease. Other studies find no significant association between TL and mortality.
What the Stanford study found was that “the poverty rates for the study participants [in Detroit] were more than double the national rate for blacks and Mexicans and six times the national rate for whites.” In Detroit, poverty rates are roughly comparable for whites, blacks and Mexicans at 55.6 percent, 50 percent and 52.3 percent, respectively. They found poor whites had the shortest TL compared to nonpoor whites, and that poor and lower middle class blacks had equivalent TL. But poor Mexicans had longer telomeres than Mexicans with higher incomes.
To account for the different results, the study’s author reasoned that poor whites had the shortest TL readings because of an association between short TL and having less than a high school education. Researchers also considered the mass exodus of whites and jobs from Detroit, which led to a growing black population and a white population that then became a minority.
With the city experiencing an overall reduction in taxation, shrinking benefits from labor union membership and public pensions, the effects of urban austerity has taken a significant toll, particularly on whites.
“Lacking the financial resources, social networks, and identity affirmation of the past, remaining Detroit whites may have less to protect them from the health effects of poverty, stigma,” said Dr. Arline Geronimus, visiting scholar at the Stanford Center for Advanced Study and lead author of the report.
When reasoning why Mexicans might have longer telomeres, other factors were at play.
“If they’re immigrants, then they come with a different cultural background and upbringing that didn’t stress that as Mexicans they were somehow ‘other’ or ‘lesser’ than other Americans,” Dr. Geronimus told The Huffington Post.
“They come with a set of support systems and with a cultural orientation that doesn’t undermine their sense of self-worth,” she added. “They then often live in these ethnic enclaves, many of them don’t speak anything other than Spanish, and so they’re not interacting with Americans who view them as ‘other’ or who treat them badly. It’s not that they’re immune to that treatment but they’re not as sensitive to it and they also just don’t experience it as often.”
Geronimus said there are “effects of living in high-poverty, racially segregated neighborhoods – the life experiences people have, the physical exposures, a whole range of things – that are just not good for your health.”

Police brutality targeting blacks will not subside until this becomes part of the national conversation.
Despite the revelation that half of the officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray, the incident that led to the Baltimore riots, are black, the narrative that black people are being disproportionately and unfairly targeted by predominantly white police officers and a racist criminal justice system in the United States continues to dominate.
This has led to the growth of a divisive movement, ‘Black Lives Matter’, which has only served to further polarize America down racial lines, obsessing on skin color and invoking white guilt, while ignoring the true causes of and solutions to police brutality.
Until the following facts become part of the conversation, we’re never going to see a real reduction in the number of violent confrontations involving black people and police officers. But the mainstream media, political leaders and white people in general are afraid to even mention these facts for fear of being labeled racist.
I’m not here to win any popularity contests. I genuinely care about less black people and less police officers dying in the streets. So I’m going to give it to you straight.
Black people in the United States are more likely to be victims of violent confrontations with police officers than whites because they commit more violent crimes than whites per capita.
– FACT: Despite making up just 13% of the population, blacks commit around half of homicides in the United States. DOJ statistics show that between 1980 and 2008, blacks committed 52% of homicides, compared to 45% of homicides committed by whites.
More up to date FBI statistics tell a similar story. In 2013, black criminals carried out 38% of murders, compared to 31.1% for whites, again despite the fact that there are five times more white people in the U.S.
– FACT: From 2011 to 2013, 38.5 per cent of people arrested for murder, manslaughter, rape, robbery, and aggravated assault were black. This figure is three times higher than the 13% black population figure. When you account for the fact that black males aged 15-34, who account for around 3% of the population, are responsible for the vast majority of these crimes, the figures are even more staggering.
– FACT: Despite the fact that black people commit an equal or greater number of violent crimes than whites, whites are almost TWICE as likely to be killed by police officers.
According to data from the Centers for Disease Control, between 1999 and 2011, 2,151 whites died as a result of being shot by police compared to 1,130 blacks.
Critics argue that black people are overrepresented in these figures because they only represent 13% of the population, but they are underrepresented if you factor in violent crime offenders. In other words, you would expect the number of blacks and whites killed by police to be roughly equal given that they commit a roughly equal number of violent crimes, but that’s not the case. Whites are nearly 100% more likely to be victims.
And what about black on white violence in general?
– FACT: Despite being outnumbered by whites five to one, blacks commit eight times more crimes against whites than vice-versa, according to FBI statistics from 2007. A black male is 40 times as likely to assault a white person as the reverse. These figures also show that interracial rape is almost exclusively black on white.
“Even allowing for the existence of discrimination in the criminal justice system, the higher rates of crime among black Americans cannot be denied,” wrote James Q. Wilson and Richard Herrnstein in their widely cited 1985 study, “Crime and Human Nature.” “Every study of crime using official data shows blacks to be overrepresented among persons arrested, convicted, and imprisoned for street crimes.”
It’s clear that the greater propensity for black people to commit violent crimes is a driving factor as to why blacks are becoming involved in more violent confrontations with police than their 13% population figure suggests they should be. If the 911 calls are coming from black areas and are related to black people committing violent crimes, then of course black people are more likely to be involved in violent confrontations with cops.
Does that justify police brutality in cases such as Freddie Gray, Walter Scott or Eric Garner? No. But it does demolish the ‘Black Lives Matter’ narrative that the general trend of black people being victims of violent encounters with police is solely down to the fact that cops are racist towards black people. Racism is a factor, but the statistics clearly show that it’s by no means the only factor, and some would argue not even the dominant factor.
But aren’t all these statistics undermined by the fact that black people are unfairly targeted and framed for crimes by police officers in the first place? Don’t higher arrest and conviction rates of blacks merely prove that police are racist? This argument is debunked by looking at the proportion of offenders identified – not by police – but by victims – as black. The National Crime Victimization Survey shows that the number of blacks arrested generally correlates with the number of offenders identified as black by victims.
Studies suggest that the reasons behind blacks being more likely to commit violent crimes are the dual issues of poverty (which exacerbates family breakdown) and a sub-culture amongst the black community that is tolerant of and glamorizes crime and violence. In the aftermath of the Ferguson and Baltimore riots, we saw the Jewish-owned metropolitan liberal media further legitimize this violence by openly justifying and even endorsing violent unrest that targeted mainly black-owned businesses.
This is true racism, by encouraging blacks to loot and riot, the liberal media is helping to keep black communities in a cycle of destructive behavior that will lead to more police brutality targeted against black people.
Police brutality is a huge problem within the United States, and anyone that denies that fact is a part of the problem. But until we acknowledge and address the equally important issue of violent criminality within the black community, and until that becomes part of the national conversation, the issue is never going to be resolved.
And by failing to make these facts part of the conversation, black political leaders, protest organizers, and the liberal media is complicit in perpetuating the chain reaction of violence that makes more police brutality against black people an inevitable outcome.

The European Union (EU) has criticized the Israeli regime for its new plan to continue illegal settlement expansion on the occupied Palestinian lands.
The criticism came two days after Israel approved the construction of 900 new illegal settler units in Jerusalem.
The 28-member EU said in a statement on Saturday that the Tel Aviv regime’s plans are in fact an obstacle to the so-called peace process between Israelis and Palestinians.
“Israel’s determination to continue its settlement policy despite the urging of the international community not only threatens the viability of the two-state solution but also seriously calls into question its commitment to a negotiated agreement with the Palestinians,” the statement read.
US State Department spokesman, Jeff Rathke, had earlier called the Israeli regime’s decision “disappointing” and “damaging.”
An Israeli activist group known as Peace Now had confirmed that the city’s district planning committee had given the go-ahead for the new housing units to be built in Ramat Shlomo settlement.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently managed to form his ruling coalition before a deadline for the formation of new cabinet. He has announced a deal with the Jewish Home (Bayit Yehudi), a Zionist pro-settlement party.
The international community regards all Israeli settlements built on the occupied Palestinian lands as illegal.
More than half a million Israelis live in over 120 illegal settlements built since Israel’s occupation of the Palestinian territories in 1967.
Palestinians are seeking to create an independent state on the territories of the West Bank, Jerusalem, and the besieged Gaza Strip and are demanding that Israel withdraw from the occupied Palestinian territories.
