The Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) is reporting today that a “renegade” American spy who approached a Federation Embassy official in Washington D.C. last week and provided documentation she claimed “proved” the United States was intending to start a massive global war has been placed incommunicado in a mental hospital under secret orders issued by President Barack Obama.
According to this report, on 30 April, a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agent named Tunisia Davis approached the Federation Chancery (located on Wisconsin Ave., NW, Washington D.C.), identified herself to a Senior Counselor as being an internal domestic intelligence agent of the United States, warned that the Obama regime was planning an “imminent” false flag “incident” in order to provoke a global war and mass insurrection within America itself, handed to the Senior Counselor a “large” package of National Security Agency-Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) [aka: NSA] documents she claimed proved her accusations, and then left without any further comment.
Important to note about Ms Davis, this report continues, is that the SVR had long known of her covert activities within the FBI since 2004…an organization the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), in 2013, labeled as being a “secret domestic intelligence agency” more noted for its abuses than for its actually solving, or preventing any acts of terror against the citizens of the US.
In 2010, this report further notes, Ms Davis became an “off-the-books operative” of the FBI enabling her to conduct domestic terror “actions” which mainly centered around her indentifying domestic dissidents who agreed with her “created persona” of being a disaffected agent against the Obama regime, and which she freely displayed on herMahoganyChange.org Facebook page.
After leaving the Federation Chancery on 30 April, this report continues, US media reports state that Ms Davis was then subsequently arrested at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) where she was accused of attempting to grab the weapon of a security police official and threatened to bomb that intelligence agencies headquarters.
According to these US news sources about the arrest of Ms Davis, an affidavit filed by CIA investigators said she drove to the main gate of CIA headquarters on the afternoon of 30 April and drove past an officer who tried to stop her. A second officer had to physically stand in front of Davis’ vehicle to stop her.
Ms Davis was then taken into custody. Shortly after, CIA investigators said, she reached toward an officer’s firearm. She denied trying to reach the gun, but an investigator said she later threatened to shoot the CIA officers and to bomb the agency.
Earlier in the day, Ms Davis also had tried to get access to the NSA, CIA investigators said in their affidavit. Those investigators said Ms Davis told NSA police “she wanted to know what they would do if she showed up.”
US Court records further indicate Davis was denied entry at the NSA on 30 April too. Those records said Ms Davis told NSA officers about plans to test the security at the CIA. NSA officers issued a “be on the lookout” to order police after their encounter with Davis, according to the US court affidavit filed by the CIA.
To the “comical actions” of a highly trained FBI domestic intelligence agent of Ms Davis’ extensive expertise to have committed the acts she has been accused of is “beyond absurd”, this SVR report says, stating that it is “beyond all doubt” that her arrest and apprehension was due solely to her contact with the Federation just prior to her arriving at the CIA.
Even worse, this report says, was that Ms Davis was denied her US Constitutionally protected right to personally appear in Court to hear the “absurd” charges read against her as the Judge stated that she was acting inappropriately and was uncooperative and that force would have been needed to get her from US Marshall’s custody in Alexandria, Virginia, into the court room.
So instead of Ms Davis being able to appear in Court, where she would have undoubtedly told the truth about what had happened to her, this report grimly notes, Ms Davis was, instead, ordered to be immediately placed in a US federal government mental hospital…and which SVR intelligence analysts in this report note could only have been done under the express order of President Obama, who unlike US Judges, is able to suspend the Constitutional rights of any American citizen he so chooses as long as he calls them terrorists.
As to the contents of the “large” package of NSA documents Ms Davis had “entrusted” to the Federation on 30 April in support of her claims the Obama regime was planning a global war and mass insurrections within the United States, the SVR further notes in this report, the United States demanded their immediate return on 1 May.
However, this report says, when the Federation replied to the Obama regime, on 2 May, that all of the documents “entrusted” to them by Ms Davis would be returned upon the Americans giving them a detailed list of what they were alleged to have so as to prove their exact ownership…the US declined.
Even more astounding, this report concludes, 3 days later, on 5 May, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO)suddenly announced that they had set up a direct military-to-military communication link with the Federation to deal with any issues they might face amid mounting tensions between the West and Russia.

As the 2015 presidential race continues to usher in debates over social policy and fiscal responsibility, no one is talking about another key issue: all of the major candidates are in completely opposition to GMO labeling and many are directly supporting Monsanto’s biotech aspirations.
Last month I shared with you Hillary Clinton’s close support of Monsanto and GMO crops in a piece posted just hours after her campaign announcement, but many readers were writing in wondering about the rest of the front running political figures.
That’s when I began reading reports on the Iowa Agricultural Summit, an event in which the Republican presidential candidates were asked to speak on alternative energy, the state of the nation’s agricultural system, and their stance on GMO labeling initiatives at large.
Hidden in reports on the event that received very little coverage and almost no traffic, we find a concerning piece of information: all of the candidates who attended completely oppose GMO labeling in every way. In fact, they directly attack it as ‘anti-science,’ and go on to talk about how safe Roundup-filled GMO crops are for your health.
Speaking on the issue of GMO labeling, KCCI news reports Senator Ted Cruz responded:
“People who decide that’s what they want, they can pay for it already. But, we shouldn’t let anti-science zealotry shut down the ability to produce low cost, quality food for billions across the globe.”
And Jeb Bush was in agreement, stating:
“We should not try to make it harder for that kind of innovation to exist. We should celebrate it … I think that’s a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist.”
Even Mike Huckabee agreed, saying that GMO labeling just made a lot less ‘sense’ to him than labeling foods by their country of origin. All in all, the candidates concluded that it was in fact ‘anti-science’ to label GMOs.
But perhaps the candidates had failed to do their research on the highly publicized link between Monsanto’s best-selling herbicide Roundup and cancer — a link that has now been backed up by a major scientific arm of the World Health Organization known as the International Agency for Research. Now listed as a ‘probable carcinogen’ by the research organization, it has been known for quite some time that Roundup was wreaking havoc on the human body.
Bolstering the conclusions of the World Health Organization’s determination, it was a leading professor of Ecotoxicology at the National University of Littoral in Argentinaa that stated: “the international scientific community has warned for years, backed up by studies, that glyphosate is carcinogenic. It is good that WHO has recognized this fact.”
But beyond the science, there’s also the public outrage. As I’ve told you time and time again, we have seen massive public support across the board for GMO labeling, with mainstream polls demonstrating this:

MSNBC: 96% in support
Reuters/NPR: 93% in support of full labeling
Washington Post: 95% in support of full labeling
Consumer Reports: 95% agree GM animals should be labeled
ABC News: 93% want federal GM labeling mandate
As we get closer to the 2016 elections, GMO labeling will continue to be a key issue that countless millions will be demanding answers on. Candidates like Ted Cruz, who speak towards a public that is desperate for a political revolution, could very well supercharge their campaign by adding GMO labeling initiatives to their agenda. After all, these initiatives are what helped Senator Bernie Sanders rise to the public eye to a much larger degree.

The Apple company is to launch a new program. Users of the Apple gadgets will have the possibility to test their DNA. The United States researchers contribute to the program.
The iPhones are based on ResearchKit, a software platform Apple introduced in March that helps hospitals or scientists run medical studies on iPhones by collecting owners’ data from the devices’ sensors or through surveys.
The first five ResearchKit apps, including one called mPower that tracks symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, quickly recruited thousands of participants in a few days, demonstrating the reach of Apple’s platform.
“Apple launched ResearchKit and got a fantastic response. The obvious next thing is to collect DNA,” says Gholson Lyon, a geneticist at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory.
Universities, large technology companies like Google, direct-to-consumer labs, and the US government are to stockpile DNA samples as further genetic information database.

Robert Ménard, the mayor of Béziers, said that his administration has looked at the list of the town’s school children and tried to work out how many were non-French Muslims by their names.
According to Mayor Ménard, 64.6% of the town’s children are Muslim when their names are taken into account.
“Sorry to say this, but the mayor has, class by class, the names of the children,” he said on TV.
“I know I don’t have the right to do it. Sorry to say it, but the first names tell us their religion. To say otherwise is to deny the evidence”
Abdallah Zekri, head of the France’s National Observatory Against Islamophobia, said he was “scandalized, [and] sickened by these comments”.
“Moreover, you can be called Mohammed without being a practicing Muslim,” he added.

ISIS reportedly released a list of five states it’s ready to attack, three of which have some of the strictest gun control laws in the nation.
The states, which were named in a message signed by Abu Ibrahim Al Ameriki and shared on Twitter, includedCalifornia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan and Virginia.
“Four out of the five states listed have passing grades from groups that support MORE gun control and disarming the populace,” an AR-15.com forum member pointed out.
Sure enough, on the latest “state scorecard” from the anti-gun Brady Campaign, Virginia is the only state out of the five that isn’t really moving toward stricter gun laws.
And according to a state ranking from Guns & Ammo which lists the best state for gun owners at #1 and the strictest gun control state at #50, California, Maryland and Illinois are ranked #46, #44 and #41 respectively.
The other two states, Michigan and Virginia, are ranked around the middle of the pack at #28 and #21.
Additionally, California and Maryland are among the hardest states for citizens to receive concealed carry permits.
“There are only a few conditions under which Maryland may grant you a permit,” an Opencarry forum member revealed. “1) Documented threats against your life or previous documented attacks, 2) Transportation of large sums of cash with bank deposit slips as proof and 3) Carrying of medicine and prescription pads (medical doctors.)”
“In other words you will not get a permit to carry in Maryland unless one of the three conditions above is met and if it is granted, it will be restricted to the activity used as the basis for the approval.”
And it isn’t much easier for California residents to receive a permit.
So put yourself in a militant’s shoes: would you rather attack an area where only the police have guns, or an area where citizens will shoot back?

An earthquake of magnitude 7.2 struck off Papua New Guinea on Thursday, the US Geological Survey reported. This is just two days after a 7.4-magnitude jolt shook the southern coast.
The quake, which struck 150km southwest of the town of Arawa, appears to be relatively shallow. There have been no immediate reports of damage or casualties, Reuters says.
A tsunami alert has been issued by the Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre for islands in the region. “Hazardous tsunami waves from this earthquake are possible within 300km of the epicenter along the coasts of Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea,” the agency has warned.
It’s the latest in a series of strong tremors to hit the region in recent days.
Papua New Guinea sits on the Pacific Ring of Fire, the point of collision of several tectonic plates. There are a number of active volcanoes and earthquakes are common.

A train carrying crude oil through Wells County, North Dakota has derailed. At least six rail cars have caught fire, sending thick, black plumes of smoke billowing into the sky. The village of Heimdal and nearby farms have been evacuated.
“The [Federal Railroad Administration] has deployed a ten person investigation team to the site and will be conducting a thorough investigation into the cause of the accident,” Acting Federal Railroad Administrator Sarah Feinberg said in a statement.
The BNSF Railway oil tanker derailed around 7:30 a.m. local time, Wells County Emergency Manager Tammy Roehrich said, the Grand Forks Herald reported.
Emergency crews from several fire departments across the region have responded, as well as hazardous materials teams from Devils Lakes and Grand Forks, Cecily Fong, public information officer for the North Dakota Department of Emergency Services, said.
The train’s engine and some of the attached cars were decoupled and moved away from the burning tanker cars, Fong said.
Jennifer Willis lives about a half mile from where the train derailed. She told Valley News Live that the derailment sounded like thunder. Willis has been evacuated from her home. She added that she could feel the heat from 1/8th of a mile from the scene.
About 40 people live in Heimdal, the vast majority of whom have left the village to stay with family and friends, Roehrich said, according to CBS News.
BNSF, which is owned by Berkshire Hathaway, said the tank cars involved were were unjacketed CPC-1232 models, the same model of so-called “bomb trains” that are set to be phased out over the next five years.
“Initial reports from the crew indicate there are no injuries but a fire has been reported at the scene,” BNSF said in a statement.
The FRA, part of the US Department of Transportation, recently issued new regulations for tank cars carrying crude oil and ethanol. Under the new rules, the oldest and least-safe tank cars, DOT-111s, long known to be inappropriate for transporting flammable material, would be phased out within three years. Unjacketed CPC-1232s would be phased out within five years. They would be replaced with the jacketed CPC-1232s, which have thicker shells, higher safety shields and better fire protection.
“Today’s incident is yet another reminder of why we issued a significant, comprehensive rule aimed at improving the safe transport of high hazard flammable liquids,” Feinberg said. “The FRA will continue to look at all options available to us to improve safety and mitigate risks.”
This is the fifth train derailment and fire in the US and Canada so far this year, Business Insider reported. All of the incidents have occurred in rural areas, and none have resulted in any deaths.

Snowden’s documents reveal details of the US National Security Agency’s voice recognition technology.
New analysis of documents leaked by former NSA spy Edward Snowden sheds light on sophisticated software used by the agency to turn phone call speech into text.
The documents show that “the National Security Agency can now automatically recognize the content within phone calls by creating rough transcripts and phonetic representations that can be easily searched and stored,” said a Monday report by online news publication Intercept.
They also recount the development of some speech recognition software the spies called “Google for Voice” nearly a decade ago.
In 2004, the NSA launched a program code-named RHINEHART, which could “support both real-time searches, in which incoming data is automatically searched by a designated set of dictionaries and retrospective searches, in which analysts can repeatedly search over months of past traffic.”
Google for Voice, which could “index and tag 1 million cuts per day” was launched two years later.
A program called Enhanced Video Text and Audio Processing (EViTAP) was used by 2008 that offered a “fully-automated” service to the staff.
EViTAP conducted a real-time monitoring of news broadcasts in Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Spanish, English, and Persian.
According to the Intercept, “The USA Freedom Act — the surveillance reform bill that Congress is currently debating — doesn’t address the topic at all. The bill would end an NSA program that does not collect voice content: the government’s bulk collection of domestic calling data, showing who called who and for how long.”
Snowden began leaking classified intelligence documents in June 2013, revealing the extent of the NSA’s spying activities.
He revealed that the spy agency has been collecting the phone records of millions of Americans and foreign nationals as well as political leaders around the world.
Snowden fled his country to avoid espionage charges. In August 2013, Russia granted him asylum for one year.
Many regard Snowden as a whistleblower and a national hero for blowing the lid off the US government’s global surveillance operations.

The United Nations (UN) says at least 214 young women and girls recently rescued from the the camps of the Jihadist Boko Haram militants in northeastern Nigeria are pregnant.
The UN Population Fund (UNFPA)’s executive director, Babatunde Osotimehin, said Monday that many of these women are undergoing medical tests and screening for various diseases and infections, including HIV/AIDS.
“About 214 of those already screened were discovered to be at various stages of pregnancies, some visibly pregnant and some just tested pregnant; but we are supporting all of them with various levels of care to stabilize them,” the UN official added.
“Some of the children that were freed along with the women, it was discovered, were born in the forest and had never been out in the open until their release by the Nigerian Army,” Osotimehin said.
Nigeria’s army says it freed almost 7,000 women from various Boko Haram camps last week.
Army spokesman Chris Olukolade said Monday that soldiers found an additional 260 women and children, who had escaped from the terrorists, on the outskirts of Chalawa Village in the northeastern state of Adamawa.
Most of them come from the nearby town of Madagali and surrounding communities, he added.
Earlier on April 31, Nigerian army rescued 234 women and children from a Boko Haram stronghold in Sambisa Forest in the restive northeastern state of Borno.
Boko Haram militants regularly abduct women and girls during their attacks on various Nigerian villages and towns.
On April 14, 2014, the militants kidnapped 276 girls from a secondary school in the town of Chibok in Borno. Two days later, 57 of the girls managed to escape but 219 remained in captivity, reportedly in the Sambisa Forest.
It is still unclear if the missing Chibok schoolgirls are among those rescued recently.
Meanwhile, those who have been freed say the group is fracturing, as shortages of weapons and fuel foment tensions between its foot soldiers and leaders.
Boko Haram says its goal is to overthrow the Nigerian government. It has claimed responsibility for a number of deadly shooting attacks and bombings in various parts of the country since the beginning of its militancy in 2009, which has so far left about 15,000 people dead and displaced about 1.5 million.
