Alleged Criminal Ties Doom Kyrgyz Speaker The chairman of a parliamentary commission that investigated speaker Akhmatbek Keldibekov told RFE/RL that the probe had revealed evidence that advisers and assistants appointed by Keldibekov had connections to Kyrgyz criminal groups.
