Your entire existence... all matter, all life, all experiences--everything owes its existence in the physical world to frequency. Absolutely everything is frequency.

You cannot have an experience on this planet without attracting it through frequency. Every emotion, including love and hate tunes into a specific frequency. Health has a frequency.

Disease has frequency. Your organs are each tuned to a specific frequency as is your entire body which resonates at its own frequency.

You are a symphony of frequencies while you project yourself through this universe and create your physical reality. You are a master of your energy, and thus you are able to control everything you are, everything you do, everything you experience.

PART 1: Catholic Theology of the 3D-Universe  

Introduction

After I have made a few careful observations of what Catholics scholars have to say about the different realms of 3D-earth, I have come to the conclusion that they divide these realms into four very distinct levels of existence, and, although interaction and interconnectedness between the realms do exists the Catholic conception of this interaction is a different kettle of fish.

The lowest of these is a place they call hell, followed by what I call middle earth.

These gestures make the world a better place and the benefits may bounce right back to you by ensuring a longer, happier, healthier life.

A recent study conducted by the Corporation for National and Community Service found a significant connection between volunteering and good health. The report shows that volunteers have longer lives, higher functional ability, lower rates of heart disease and fewer bouts with depression.

As it turns out, those warm, fuzzy feelings that you experience when you help someone are extremely beneficial to your own well-being. They translate into a healthier, more fulfilling life.

There are many religions that specifically forbid the consumption of pork. The meat is considered “unclean” and non-kosher. Is there a reason for this? Is there more to this religious teaching that we should all be aware of?

It seems as though the religions that condemn pork consumption are on to something, in fact there are many scientific claims to back this up.

Pigs are scavengers by nature, which means that they will eat almost anything, including rotten food, feces, urine, carcasses and even cancerous growths.

Unfortunately the digestive system of a pig is incapable of effectively removing these accumulated toxins from the body because a pig will digest its food entirely in about 4 hours.
