ECtHR: Free Expression and Data Protection must be balanced
ARTICLE 19 has submitted an amicus curiae brief to the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR), regarding the case of Satakunnan Markkinporssi Oy and Satamedia Oy v Finland.
