A sobering report prepared by the Ministry of Defense (MOD) circulating in the Kremlin today states that the 4 NATO F-16 fighter jets scrambled from Turkey hours ago to harass the Il-20 reconnaissance warplanes flying along Russia’s Black Sea coast on one their routine daily missions was in direct retaliation over President Putin’s abrupt canceling of his cooperation with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization over missile defense yesterday.
According to this report, and confirmed by the Voice Of Russia News Service, in another powerful and significant move for peace, Putin cancelled a presidential order which in 2011, had set up an interdepartmental working group under the authority of the Russian Presidential Administration designed to develop ways to establish cooperation with NATO in the sphere of “missile defense”.
Many experts and NATO watchers familiar with the decree, and the attempts by the Russian Federation to develop an equal partnership relationship with NATO on the basis of mutual respect and transparency, may now breathe a collective sigh of relief that Putin has finally run out of patience with the alliance.

This MOD report further states that Putin’s “move for peace” against the US led NATO alliance is meant to show the West that he will “retaliate in force” against what he calls US President Obama’s “insane” plan for global tyranny that is even now threatening to destroy America and the European Union.
Even more grimly, this report continues, was Putin’s ordering the strategic forces to carry out a large-scale surprise military drill last Wednesday launching four nuclear missiles that were closely monitored by US intelligence agencies that included the test launch of two land-based intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) and two submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs).
In Putin’s further “preparation for war,” this MOD report says, he also ordered this past Friday that the two Tupolev Tu-160 Blackjack strategic nuclear bombers currently visiting South America to stay on indefinite patrol should they be needed to strike the United States.
Not just Putin is gravely concerned over Obama’s war moves either, this report continues, as China this past week joined Russia in overtly threatening the United States with nuclear retaliation.
In what this MOD report calls a “war move against the US,” China last week sent asurveillance ship to Hawaiian waters for the very first time in history in an unprecedented move described as a provocative retaliation to the US naval presence in the East China Sea, publicly revealed a view of its mysterious fleet of nuclear submarines, and its state-run media revealed for the first time that its nuclear submarines can, and will, attack American cities as a means to counterbalance US nuclear deterrence in the Pacific.
Of the greatest concern to both Russia and China regarding Obama this report says, is the American Presidents purging of nearly 200 high ranking US military officers, the latest being US Army Col Eric Tilley commander of the largest American base in Japan who wasfired by Obama yesterday.
US sources commenting on this unprecedented purging of these officers are warning that in Obama’s America, the military must forsake their constitutional oath in favor of blind allegiance to their new commander.
To the effect(s) Obama’s purge is having upon the US military was recently described by the WND News Service which reports:
“Retired Army Maj. Gen. Patrick Brady, recipient of the U.S. military’s highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, as well as other top retired officers, say President Obama’s agenda is decimating the morale of the U.S. ranks to the point members no longer feel prepared to fight or have the desire to win.
“There is no doubt he (Obama) is intent on emasculating the military and will fire anyone who disagrees with him” over such issues as “homosexuals, women in foxholes, the Obama sequester,” Brady told WND.
“They are purging everyone, and if you want to keep your job, just keep your mouth shut,” one source told WND.”

Even more troubling about Obama, this MOD report warns, is that he now appears to be “descending into madness” as new evidence has emerged that he has ordered US military doctors to design innovative new methods of torture to be used against his enemies, and was quoted as gleefully exclaiming to his top aides, “I’m really good at killing people”.
As to how good at “killing people” Obama has become we noted in our 21 October report titled Evidence That 5 Million Americans Have Been “Disappeared” By Obama Shocks Russia and wherein it was noted how the current US regime is actively planning on eliminating at least 25 million of their dissident citizens.
As to why the vast majority of the American people still adhere to a policy of blind obedience to a leader descending into madness, and in turn threatening to destroy their nation, the Guardian News Service warns is due to the Obama regimes unprecedented attack on press freedoms and the news gathering process in the US which the Associated Press says relies on staged propaganda photos and the Obama regime conducting secret meetings with journalists, “psych-background” sessions, in which reporters were not allowed to record, take notes, or directly attribute remarks.
And in, perhaps, the Obama regimes cruelest move against its own people, indeed the whole world, this past week the Democrat Party controlled US Senate actually passed a bill that codifies and expands NSA spying powers even as the shock of what they have done still reverberates around the globe.
So today, and as our world falls ever closer towards all-out war, one of the few voices of honesty and reason left belongs to the NSA and former CIA spy Edward Snowden who yesterday from his home in Russian exile from the brutal and despotic Obama regime told his fellow Americans… “Citizens have to fight suppression of information on matters of vital public importance. To tell the truth is not a crime.
Sadly, Snowden’s fellow Americans will not hear these words, nor know the grave danger they are in because of the Obama regime, because they are either too blind to see, or too deaf to hear…or more than likely, both.

Newly-released figures show that Italy’s economy is expected to shrink more than expected in 2013, continuing the country’s longest recession since the World War II.
A report by Italy’s National Institute for Statistics (Istat) said on Monday that the country’s gross domestic product (GDP) will contract by 1.8 percent compared to a previous estimate of 1.7 percent contraction.
Istat added that the country’s GDP growth was expected to turn positive in the fourth quarter.
The report came following remarks made by European leaders who said Italy’s economic woes pose an existential threat to the eurozone.
Weaker growth predictions are likely to make it harder for the government to stick to European Union deficit-reduction targets or maintain pledges to cut taxes.
Italy is suffering from a severe double-dip recession since 2008 — its longest recession since the World War II.
Meanwhile, the country’s unemployment rate stood at 12.5 percent in September — the highest figure since 1977 — and is expected to hit 12.4 percent by 2014, the official Istat agency said.
The long-drawn-out eurozone debt crisis, which began in Greece in late 2009 and later on reached Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Britain, Ireland, and Cyprus is viewed as a threat not only to Europe but also to many of the world’s other developed economies.
The worsening debt crisis has forced EU governments to adopt harsh austerity measures and tough economic reforms, which have triggered massive demonstrations in many European countries.

A London charity has imported steel containers from China and converted them into bargain basement homes, as part of a novel solution to try and solve homelessness amid soaring rents in the British capital.
A hostel in east London has come up with the ingenious idea of converting a shipping container from China into a tiny low cost home for hard up and desperate Londoners.
Although it’s only a steel box, they are calling it mYpad, as notwithstanding how small it is, it’s a compact home with a tiny kitchen, bathroom and living quarters complete with a flat screen TV and a single bed.
Lying on your bed, you could almost imagine you were in a bunk on a ship, perhaps the one on which the containers were transported.
But as rents in London continue to soar, putting most flats and houses out of reach of many people on low incomes or benefits, these may be part of the solution.

A mYpad costs just £75 a week. While in some parts of the UK this is cheap but not a giveaway, in London it’s unheard of. In the British capital the average rent, even in a distant borough where oligarchs wouldn’t venture, alive or dead, is around £300 a week.
At 30% of the minimum wage, mYpad is affordable to those who need it most. Louise Stephenson used to live in a hostel but will be one of the first mYpad tenants.
“I think it’s difficult for anyone right now to get comfortable accommodation at a good price, without paying extortionate amounts of rent,” she told RT’s Sarah Firth.
MYpad is the brainchild of Timothy Pain and the YMCA Forest hostel in Walthhamstow East London. The containers get shipped to Tilbury from China and are then sent to a company for fitting out.
“Society takes the carpet out from under them, because the moment they get into work, they can’t afford to live in a hostel and they can’t afford to live anywhere else. It doesn’t make any moral or economic sense,” Pain told RT.
Each container costs £20,000 and to start with they will be built at just two sites in 2014, both of which are connected to the Forest Hostel and are only for young people the charity is working with.
But with some funding from the Greater London Authority, it is hoped that more charitable housing associations will take them on.
While there are plans to build thirty more mYpads next year, this is not even a drop in the ocean. Unless Britain increases the rate at which it is building affordable, new homes, then by 2020 there will be a shortfall of 2 million homes in the UK.
In London this means that some people may never be able to afford a home of their own.

A Kuwaiti woman was arrested in Saudi Arabia for driving a car while taking her diabetic father to the hospital. The arrest comes just one week after Saudi women protested the driving ban in the conservative Gulf monarchy.
The woman was driving a Chevrolet Epica with her father in the passenger seat when she was pulled over in an area located near the border with Kuwait, Saudi police told Kuwait Times newspaper.
She explained that she was taking her sick father to the hospital, but officers were unsympathetic. The woman was detained and is now being held in custody pending an investigation, police said.
The media report provided no information on whether her sick father made it to the hospital.
There are close ties between Kuwaitis and Saudis in the area, with people from both countries crossing the border on a regular basis.
However, Kuwait has surged ahead in terms of female rights. Women in the country are allowed to drive, vote, and run for political office.
In Saudi Arabia, attempted reforms from King Abdullah often face resistance from the country’s senior clergy.
Saudi woman are not allowed to drive cars, travel abroad, open a bank account, or work without permission from a male relative.
Last Saturday, a protest took place against the driving ban, which resulted in 16 female drivers being stopped by police. They were fined 300 riyals (US$80) each and forced along with their male guardians to pledge to obey the kingdom’s laws.
Activists said that more than 60 Saudi women got behind the wheel to protest the driving ban.

Human rights groups warn David Cameron against pressure on media over Snowden leaks.
Human rights groups have raised concerns about pressure exerted by British Prime Minister David Cameron on media covering intelligence leaks from American whistleblower Edward Snowden.
Some seventy rights organizations from across the world have written to Cameron to warn that the government’s reaction to media publishing the US National Security Agency (NSA) leaked files is damaging freedom of expression in the UK, The Guardian reported.
“We have joined together as an international coalition because we believe that the United Kingdom government’s response to the revelations of mass surveillance of digital communications is eroding fundamental human rights in the country,” the letter stated.
The open letter to the British premier, which was organized by Article 19 campaign group, also rapped the British government for “condemning” investigative journalism.
Cameron suggested last week that the UK government could impose court injunctions on papers or use D-notices in order to prevent the publication of documents revealing US espionage activities.
Earlier in June, Snowden leaked two top secret US government spying programs, under which the NSA and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) were reported to be eavesdropping on millions of American and European phone records and the Internet data from major Internet companies such as Facebook, Yahoo, Google, Apple, and Microsoft.
The US intelligence whistleblower also admitted his role in the leaks in a 12-minute video recorded interview published by the daily Guardian.
A month later, the paper reported that it had been forced by authorities in Britain to destroy the classified documents it received from former NSA contractor.

The Paul Ciancia story is custom-made for the likes of the SPLC, Raw Story, and the rest of government-loving cheerleaders who are constantly on the lookout for “right-wing” predators to pin their hysterical false left-right paradigm theories on.
On Saturday, the Southern Poverty Law Center put it all into focus for us. The LAX shooter “was carrying a one-page ‘manifesto’ that included references to the ‘New World Order,’ the Federal Reserve and ‘fiat currency,’ according to a knowledgeable source with ranking law enforcement contacts,” writes Mark Potok.
Potok and the SPLC insinuate that Ciancia is a “patriot” ideologically connected to the those of us who believe the TSA is an unconstitutional Gestapo-like manifestation of an out of control police state. It will be more difficult to criticize the TSA now that one of their own has been gunned down by somebody who supposedly carried the banner of the patriot movement.
Raw Story naturally jumped on the bandwagon. It linked “New World Order” to a “conspiracy-minded right” and, more specifically, media figures Alex Jones and Glenn Beck. It stopped this short of directly blaming Jones and Beck for inciting a murder ostensibly committed by a mentally disturbed individual who threatened to commit suicide not long ago.
It was a sensible move by the rest of the liberal press to pass on this sort of fear-mongering for the moment, although a fair share of bloggers blamed Jones directly for Ciancia’s insanity.
